According to Sgt. Cody Windbigler with the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff’s Office, the pre-made cells come from a company based in Georgia called SteelCell of North America.
The cells have a total of 320 beds made in different configurations.
He said the cells will arrive by flatbed truck June 24-July 1 and the second group is expected July 9-15.
